KPLR: Catholic nun recounts experience of marching in Selma

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – Today we are celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Christine Buck sits down with Sister Barbara Moore, one of two women who traveled to Selma 50 years ago. Responding to a call by the Interracial Council of Catholics Moore went to Selma to stand in solidarity and keep the peace. She was not aware of what Selma would have in store, Moore recounts her experience with Buck.
