Cardinal Rodríguez joined John Carr, the director of the Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life, in a conversation about the impact of Pope Francis’ leadership, especially in the area of Catholic social teaching, in the Vatican, on the Church, and in the World. They also discussed Church reform and the Pope’s upcoming trip to the United States. Georgetown President John J. DeGioia offered opening remarks.
